Status: 0h jam version released.

When: 2012.

What: A game where you have to crash your computer. Well, not really crash, but lower the actual FPS to be under 5. You can do that by spawning multiple copies of yourself that emit clouds of performance-munching particles. All instances of yourself are constantly shrinking, until they eventually disappear completely. When your current body ceases to exist, you take control of the last copy. You have to eat glitchy polygons to get Form, the only resource in the game. The more Form you have, the more copies of yourself you can make, thus preserving your life and lowering FPS.

Tip: Changing resolution and graphics quality actually modifies the level of difficulty of the game, since you’re dealing with the actual FPS. Game experience depends on the hardware of your computer.

Team: Sergey Mohov (game design, programming), Fabian Bodet (artwork), Clément Duquesne (sound effects, music).
